goat cheese - pear - honey pizza

Sometimes I like to make delectable food.  Sometimes I like to take photographs of it.  Today, those two things occurred.  I love my lunches.  I love breakfast.  Dinner is okay, too. 

This recipe is totally inspired by a truffle-honey pizza I've had at a local wine bar, The Gnarly Vine, on Main Street in New Rochelle.  Paired with a glass of Reisling... the best.
